Administrator not logged in.

I get this error message when I try to make a change in my computer. I am the administrator and I am logged in. I have the same problem even if I try to make a change in the safe mode.

At the welcome screen hit Control-Alt-Delete twice (a.k.a.the three finger salute).Type in Administator as user name and password if you have one,if not leave it blank.

I tried what you said. I was not able to type the word administrator, however I typed my name which is the administrator and my password. The computer then opened. Itied to change my computer to selective start up using run, msconfig. When I tied to change to selective start up I still recieved the error message that the administrator was not logged on acess denied

Basically the thread indicates it may be a conflict with your antivirus or even your printer drivers (I know it's weird, go figure).
