If your system has an activated Windows 10 then you can clean install Windows 10 TH2 otherwise you need to upgrade in the next 5 days to make your system a Windows 10 Device:

If its already a Windows 10 Device you can wait until Windows 10 RS1 is out in 9 days and clean install...
