Any Reason Not To Install Service Pack 2?

Is there any reson not to install Service Pack 2? I had herd a while back that if you had SBC Yahoo DSL that it was not a good idea to install sp2. I have SBC Yahoo DSL so I just wanted to know if I should install it or stay away from it?

Thank You

There have been numerous security issues solved by installing SP2 AND all the latest security patches since SP2 came out.  Always do the updates as they become available from Microsoft.
IMHO you are risking it without the latest patches.

Aside from the patches it installs it also installs the security center; which to me was (and still is) the most annoying thing I've seen on windows. For the average user that isn't very security conscious and doesn't update their computer I admit its a good thing for them. For those that are dilligent about those I just wish there was a way to remove it all together rather than just turning it off. I've already got 2 firewalls (A checkpoint as the gateway and then an ISA 2004 server behind it) so the windows firewall isn't of any value and just serves to annoy more than anything else imo.
