Are there any spam blocker programs that actually work?

I am getting a lot of spam on my email account and I dont know of any program that I can use to fix this problem. Can anyone recommend me a spam blocker program that works well.

Hi, yes the best spam blocker ever is Zone alarm, I really reccomend zone alarm internet security suite. Its better than any other program such as mcafee, norton antivirus, larvasoft se, adaware.
