At startup get warning: This application failed to start because psystray.pyd was not found
Warning heading: Trayctl.exe unable to locate component.
Message as follows: This application has failed to start because psystray.pyd was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
Windows XP was preloaded in machine and I received no XP disc with computer.
How can I get psystray.pyd loaded?
(clicking OK on warning closes the warning, then computer boots normally)
No Events found!

Trayctl.exe is a program from Propel Software's JoiExpress and is used by ISPs who offer a Web accelerator. If you uninstall the accelerator the error may disappear, you may choose to live with it, or you may be able to get assistance with the problem from your ISP.
