I have a Dell Desktop using Realtek. After upgrading to windows 10 there was absolutely no audio. Drivers looked OK. Nothing worked to get any audio. So I downloaded and re-installed Realtek drivers as follows.
Opened this web page: http://tinyurl.com/pfw3c
Clicked on 'I accept the above' then 'next'.
Selected:
Vista, Windows7, Windows8, Windows8.1, Windows10 Driver (32/64bits) Driver only (Executable file)
downloaded, installed and got all my audio back.

Fixed it.... I think
Go To -> Control Panel -> Dell Audio
Adjust settings in there

I am having trouble with my audio as well.
I have the XPS 15 (9530) and I did a clean install of Windows 10. It seems as though there's a lot more crackling at 60 when I had none at all when I turned the volume to 100.
It could be because of Waves Maxx Audio perhaps, I don't yet have a solution.

I am also having audio issues after 10 upgrade with Precision T1700. Bad sound, hard to explain.
Realtek HD drivers all updated

I upgrded my N5010 to windows 10 and the IDT High Definition Audio doesnt work. I tried everything mentioned in the Microsoft forum for the issue, still its the same.
I even tried installing from the CD that came with the laptop for Win 7, but even that doesnt work.
Please let me know if there's any update available for the the audio driver.

My speakers are definitely still crackling. It's getting rather annoying.
