If you cannot find it, or its now gone for good for some unknown reason, call tech support to report this and they will send out a OS cd for your system.  On a Gen 5 system, they would have sent the CD, and other systems you have to burn one to a CD-r.... Don't know which system you got.

Following the instructions I click on ALL PROGRAMS but then NO "Dell Accessories" can be found?  I have gone thru all my Dell disks and if it ever existed then I've lost the disk.

As of mid July the utility is no longer provided.

It shows on the sale site that you can buy one for around $8   whoops I mean $10.00 I think with a new system
