If you cannot find it, or its now gone for good for some unknown reason, call tech support to report this and they will send out a OS cd for your system. On a Gen 5 system, they would have sent the CD, and other systems you have to burn one to a CD-r.... Don't know which system you got.

Following the instructions I click on ALL PROGRAMS but then NO "Dell Accessories" can be found? I have gone thru all my Dell disks and if it ever existed then I've lost the disk.
