Big windows problems-windows crash 5-10 times a week!!
Since I got my laptop back( I sent my laptop back to Dell and they repaired "system board" "2xmemory" "Palmerest assy" "Heat-sink") I keep have windows crash problems!!
I bought these laptop this March,it didn't have any these problems before!!!!

and a lot of time when windows try to logo in ~it shows"error device driver"
I already call dell support 10 times already(cost me over $70 phone bill) and chated with online support also~they told me to do a lot things to save these problems(ex:reinstall windows xp......)but~I still have these 3 problems!
who can help me to find out what's wrong with my laptop?? Please!!!!!!

Download the crash analysis tool by DELL.

How to Check my video driver to see if the correct one has been installed or not?
To Sirjv~
I used "crash analysis tool" to check my laptop~everything looks fine!!!!

Determine the make and model of not your video card and driver using Belarc Advisor but all you components for furture refernce, then compare that list to the ones currently offerd by the manufacturer.
If you have the most current one and still have problems, try using the previous version. Not saying this is the problem, but is a good place to start since most people have Windows Updates to sinall everything under the sun instead of being selective.
