Blue Screen Error
Right after the boot screen but before the login screen I get this error,
*** STOP: 0x00000051 (0x00000003, 0x00000003, 0x00000000, 0xE1A00000)
Then a bunch of no help problem shooting. I've tried running my PC in every mode possible safe mode, last good configuration...etc. I contacted someone who knows much about PC's he said its most likely some sort of Video Card error, please help, I cant start my PC up! Thanks.

There is a discussion of this error here. Note that the problem was resolved in this case by a clean install of Windows XP.
