Use Who Crashed (the free version is fine) to determine what's causing the blue screen.

@ejn63 my engineer says it heat that causing it and that I use clean the PC and add thermal paste and he said I should pay 15,000 naira for both service is that true because I noticed it always crash once I am doing a heavy task like watching anime with high quality and opening multiple browser tab and it doesn't lag that the funniest part it just show PC run into an run need to restart and everytime it shows it always different error code I did hardware diagnosis but itsays the hardware is ok

The system is 15 years old and if it hasn't had internal cleaning and thermal pad replacement, that may help.
That said, if you're using the system for intensive work, a new(er) system would be a good idea -- on its best day, this system is too old to handle a contemporary workload.

Hey there,
Dealing with random Blue Screens (BSOD) with completely different error codes every time is a massive headache. Since your hardware diagnostics passed, this behavior usually points to one of two main culprits: conflicting outdated drivers or an unstable RAM configuration. The Latitude E4310 is a pretty old machine, and Windows 10 might be pushing generic drivers that don't play nice with the older hardware.
Here are a few quick things you should try:
Update your chipset and storage drivers: Windows 10 is likely using default generic drivers for your motherboard. Go to Dell's support site, put in your Service Tag, and manually install the older chipset and Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) drivers, even if they are meant for Windows 7 or 8. Running them in compatibility mode usually stabilizes the system.
Reseat and test your RAM: Even if the quick diagnostic passed, fluctuating RAM can cause totally random error codes. Try taking the RAM sticks out, cleaning the gold contacts gently with a pencil eraser, and popping them back into the slots firmly.
Check for overheating: You mentioned it makes a noise when it crashes. If the fan is spinning incredibly fast and loud right before the blue screen, the laptop might be overheating. Dusting out the vents with compressed air could fix it instantly.
What are some of the specific error codes you see on the blue screen? If you can catch one next time it happens (like MEMORY_MANAGEMENT or DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL), it’ll help narrow down exactly which driver is misbehaving.
