Bluetooth problems

Question

Hi I keep getting a blue screen 'watchdog' crash and I've been told it is due to the Bluetooth driver (which makes sense as I'm mostly listening to my Bluetooth headphones when it crashes).  I've been told to uninstall then reinstall the Bluetooth Driver.  But I can't find out how to do this!  When I go into Device Manager there is no option to do anything with Bluetooth.  Any other ideas or suggestions?  It's driving me nuts!

What Dell PC model?What operating system?Is the bluetooth device listed at all in the device manager?

Hi Iit's an Inspiron 3668 running Windows 10.There is bluetooth showing in the device manager but limited options when selected.
