Bogged Down

For some reason I'm having problems with my computer freezing up. I'm saying freezing up in the sense that upon shutting down it just sits there like something is running in the background. Also Its has locked up a time or two to where I had to do a hard shutdown of the system. I noticed in my Task Manager that Dr. Watson is using a great deal of my resource power. I don't quite understand because I have a duo core computer with 2Gs of memory, although Windows Vista is a real power hog it still shouldn't affect me to that degree. I'm using CA Pest patrol for my antivirus program along with Spyware Doctor, Spy Sweeper, Spybot, SUPERantispyware and A-square free 3.0. I run my spyware and antivirus programs quite frequent if not all the time so if I do have any spyware it would be considered low on the scale. As far as my pagefile I'm letting Vista handle that instead of trying to set it myself. Instead of a Kernel dump I'm using a mini dump if that has anything to do with whats going on. Is there anyone out there having the same problem. If so, please tell me whats going on and thank you in advance.
