BSOD with Error code 1000000A after installing SP2

I have a Dimension 8100 with a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card, Altec-Lansing ADA 885 speakers and nVidia GEForce 2 Ultra. I also have a Promise Ultra TX133 controller board. All of these devices as well as my MoBo has the latest BIOS and drivers. For software, I am running NAV2004 Pro and ISS BlackIce firewall.

Even when I tried disabling each of these devices and applications, I periodically get a BSOD with the above error. I cannot tell what driver is causing the problem. It doesn't happen right away, just over a period of time.

I have updated to the .NET to 1.1 with SP1 and have installed WMP v10 in addition to SP2.  The problem occurs with or without these updates installed.

I have had to uninstall SP2 to resolve the problem.

Anyone else experience the same problems or have any idea how I could find out what is causing the BSOD?
