Can I turn display 90 degrees?
Is it possible to have Windows 98 display properly on a monitor that has been
rotated 90 degrees?
In other words I want to have all programs, windows etc. open correctly on a monitor which has been turned
90 degrees to the right...set up sort of like legal pad size ...
In effect I want the display resolution settings to be 768 by 1024 pixels (instead of 1024x768) yet still fill the screen.
Probably an odd request but if someone knows of a way to add/change display properties to accommodate
this or knows of software that will do it I'd appreciate it.

It can be done if your graphics adapter supports such a rotation. Go to Start|Settings|Control Panel|Display|Settings tab. Click the "Advanced" button and on the Adapter tab look around. My system with an NVidia adapter has an "NVrotate" setting which offer rotation capability.

Thank you Denny - I didn't know about this before but I now see the NV rotate on my main machine. Cool.
But the Win 98 machine has an old ATI card... I'll see if NVidia has a cheap card with that feature for this one.
