Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

Once you delete the folder try emptying the recycle bin before rebooting the system to see if that will help.

Thank you for your suggestion.  As it turns out, I found another way to delete the folder.  Just for grins, I tried renaming the copy on the desktop before deleting.  It is now gone.  Still not exactly sure what I did that caused this originally, but it seems to be fixed now.
