I tried the procedure in the FAQ, but when I got the fourth step "...Right click Remote Procedure Call (RPC)..." "Local System account was grayed out.

Whenever I try to collect information I get "Critical Error."

 

I have Windows XP Pro, 1 GIG memory, DELL Dimension 4550

My wife has the same computer and we are connected by a Microsoft Wireless Base Station.

 

Any ideas?
