Can't install Windows 10 from bootable USB with UEFI - Dell

Hello,

I just purchased dell Inspiron 5000. 2 month ago and now something issue in c drive, c drive full drive with no reason.

So I contacted dell support that provides me steps for install win 10. And I make bootable USB for installation. But I get this screen. See in video.
