ReStart the PC, then see if they are still there.

"some of them came back when i did the search again but im guessing thats normal right"

That is why using a registry cleaner can be dangerous, sometimes they remove needed entries, that is why they come back. Hope it never removes a critical entry by mistake.

I noticed you didn't mention using the back up feature  before deleting.

In the left pane "issue scanning settings",are there any boxes unchecked..

Several months ago I learned my lesson on using registry cleaners, after using one for a couple weeks my computer was so messed up I had to do a DSR.  I wouldn't touch 'em with a 10 ft pole now.

Your system may not boot, could have a BSOD, error messages, or other bizarre behaviour.

Post the issue in the appropriate Board, where they will be answered.

We use CCleaner on the HijackThis Board, but do NOT recommend the Issues (Registry) component. As far as symptoms, it may be more subtle. You may get an error when trying to use some program, trying to connect to the internet, etc.

My opinion is that if you lack the skills to clean the Registry manually, then you should not do so automatically.

If some of those problems start happening is there a certain way to fix them?
