Clarification on enclosed "host text message"
I have a program called: "Win Patrol" and when I logged on this morning I received the enclosed note. My Question is: why did I receive it and what does it mean?

I wonder if the problem discussed in this thread didn't actually get fixed in time for the transition away from Daylight Savings time. That hosts file looks fine!
