Clean install from Disks, Win 8, Vostro - how?

I'm doing a clean install on my Vostro 3560. I have the disks that came with the laptop.

Can someone please let me know how I should install the drivers from the Resource DVD after installing WIndows 8.

I installed Windows 8, then 10, but the Start menu does not work. So, I'm going to try it again. Perhaps I did something wrong.

Thanks

 132132o,

You can click the link below for information on installing the drivers from the resource CD.

Thank you

Do you know how to make a copy of the Operating System, so that the next time I have to do a clean install, I can just install it directly instead of having to install the OS and then the drivers...

If I make a Recovery Disk - does that have all the drivers on, or do I still need to install drivers separately.

Many thanks

Its much better performance wise to Download and clean install Windows 10 TH2 directly:

http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/download-windows-10-oem-and-retail-iso/

Then install the drivers direct from downloads.dell.com which will be more up to date that the resource DVD.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has removed the Windows 10 TH2

They removed the TH2 Download last weekend for some unknown reason but returned the TH2 Download this weekend.
