Cleaner?

Over time I have made many changes to my system. I was wondering if someone could recommend a good maintenance routine for keeping the system running smoothly as well as maybe a program for cleaning/deleting unnecessary files/folders and other "leftover" junk. I have done some reading on this but it seems to me I remember someone having a good link concerning this topic. Advice anyone?

I am sure others will have suggestions, but here is some pretty good information I located.

I personally use this little tool for clean up on two systems, Win98SE and WinXpPro, and have never had an issue with it.  Good Luck.

Look at my pinned post on MS web casts on the new usres' forum. One of the ones I posted there talks about maintenance and gives good advice.
