Constantly flickering screen on my dell inspiron 24 3459

​I have recently started facing this problem with my dell inspiron 24 3459 desktop (home pc), where its screen is constantly flickering and i am getting a white oval shaped outline on my blank monitor. Also, words appear faded as i type them and the windows which were opened previously, appear in background as if they are being used as background picture. ​

​I tried to restore my computer to a previous date,before it was updated by windows 10, but it didnt work.I checked on possible frame rate, and it is 60 hertz, which cant be changed any further. Systems says that all my drives are updated. Can it be possibly because of windows 10 update i had 2days back? Or is it a faulty wire??​

​Kindly help, because it is creating a major problem in doing my work.​
