Corrupt Driver or TCPIP Stack

Does anyone know how to identify if a driver or TCPIP stack is corrupt?

I am having router connectivity issues on my wireless network inside my home.  It looks like it may be the card or a corrupt driver.  No idea how to fix.  Any help is much appreciated.

We tried to install the latest driver, but my computer would not let the install complete.  The channel I have it set to is 11, but I will try another channel.  I have some Microsoft error messages that pop up with I re-start my computer.  This may be the part of the problem too.

Thank you for your help.

No way really, other than to update the wireless driver to the latest available,

Depending on the OS, you can reset the TCPIP stack.

Wireless connectivity issues can sometimes be the channel the router is using for the connection, you can change the channel in the router/modem, keep trying different channels untill you get a stable one. There are many other wireless devices in the home and neighborhood that can interfere with a wireless router/modem, changing the channel will sometimes fix connectivity issues.
