Dell Audio icon invisible in taskbar
I have a Dell Inspiron 7568 2-in-1 running Windows 10 home. After running it for a while, an invisible icon shows up in the task bar apps pane, the area where the apps are open or pinned (to the immediate right of the start button and Cortana bar, not on the far right). When I right click on it, it displays as "Dell Audio" and I can click on it and open it and it is in fact Dell Audio, however when I close it it is still there, invisible. It doesn't seem to be doing anything, it's just annoying. It goes away when I restart, and then shows up again. I'm not sure what causes it, because I've never seen it pop up or anything. I'll just go to switch windows and there is the invisible icon Dell Audio. What can I do to stop this?

amgriswold95,
If I am understanding the issue in your post click the link below to watch the youtube video for resolving the invisible icon. It is not a Dell video but, is informative.

You have to remove the OEM sound driver and then reinstall the OEM sound driver. The current driver is only a few weeks old.
