Dell Backup and Recovery won't update
I have just updated to Windows 8.1.
When I checked the notifications I was told that Dell Backup and recovery was incompatible and I needed to re-install it. Before anything else I checked the Dell website and it is suggested to update the program by opening it and clicking update.
Unfortunately, when I click check for update I am told that my application is up to date as per the image below.
Is there another way to update the app?

Go to www.dellbackupandrecovery.com
Uninstall old version and then install new one.

I am unable to update my dell backup and recovery to the newest version 1.9.0.22 I open the program and follow the prompts. When I click "Start Install", it begins to download and then quits. I thought to do the uninstall old version and then install new one from Aneese.sw's forum link, but am worried it will just install a very old version since the post is from 2014. Is there some way to update or install the newest version? Thank you in advance for any help.
