Dell Command Update down?

Would not say it is solved quite yet, until we get confirmation of an issue and ETA on resolution...

Same here... as I send an email out to 50ish employees this morning to run this. 

Seeing this come up since about 10 am CST. My driver script during OSD seems to be unaffected.OP, what'd support say?

Same issue here as well. Issue with both OEM and custom images. Spoke to Dell, they say its related to Catalog updates that typically run on Tuesday and Thursdays. 

Same issue for me here, tested multiple machine on and off site.

Is there a status page for Dell command? This is affecting 1000's of computers at my company. I'd like to monitor when this is having issues. Did anyone get an ETA on when it will be back up?

So I guess they are aware of the issue. Is there any ETA on when it might be fixed or just keep trying thru out the day until it works?

Dell probably should have service status page like most online services.

Seems like this issue is also impacting the Automatic OS Recovery function in BIOS. 

Dell support guided me to this forum to monitor the outage. There should be a better way than users posting me too me too etc.

First noticed this when running my Powershell script to download the latest version of Dell Command Update and it threw up an error message that You don't have permission to access 'download link' on this server. If I run the same script on other Dell apps it works just fine. Too bad they removed their FTP site.
