Dell Datasafe 9.4.60 unhandled exception error occurred after update from version 9.4.47
I just purchased a Dell Inspirion Netbook 1018 and today is the first day I've used it. The Dell Datasafe Local Backup did a update from version 9.4.47 to version 9.4.60 successfully. After the required reboot, the Datasafe Local backup throws an error on boot up that an unhandled exception error occurred.
Is there a way to resolve this?
I was going to try a "repair" on the DataSafe application, in Add/Remove Programs, but this only choice I have is to uninstall the application.
If I uninstall the application, is there someplace I can download the program from to try to reinstall it?

I'm having a similar issue with 9.4.60 ... I can do local backups but I am unable to do a Full System backup without throwing the unhandled exception error. Also I cannot create recovery DVD's .... I have been trying with DVD+R but not sure if I need DVD+RW and the Help is of no use.
