DELL Inspiron 3593 System is very slow. 100% Disk utilization.

Hi,
I have purchased the Dell Inspiron 3593 18th Sep 2020, I have noticed performance issues from the same day. To open the file explorer it was taking almost 10 seconds and Microsoft word was taking more than 20 seconds. When I checked the task manager, I noticed that DIsk utilisation was constantly 100% utilization and CPU and Memory utilisation was more than 80%.
  1. On 19th Mayank from Dell Technical service had done some trouble shooting for almost 2 to 3 hours, but it did not resolved and the call got disconnected after spending almost 2 to 3 hrs.
  2. As 20th is Sunday, I called again on 21st . Someone from Hardware Technical service had done hardware troubleshooting and asked me to check for the performance, but it was not resolved and asked me to reach the software team.
  3. On 23rd, Shriram from the software team suggested to me that my system is under warranty and also can be replaceable as the system is purchased less than a week and transferred to the Sales department. Sales department guy says, they did not receive any request from any department and they can't replace the system and the call got closed.
  4. On 24th, Chand Miyan from software technical support tried updating windows updates and driver updates and asked me to check for the next 24 hrs and he will follow up. But he didn't call me back. After updates I got a new issue with audio and mic, both were not working and again I raised the complaint.
  5. On 25th, Again i got a call from the Dell support team again. He did the same troubleshooting and asked me to upgrade the RAM and said the system might start working properly. If not it will work slowly told by the Tech support guy.

  My case number is .

From Sep 25th onwards everyone is sticking to one word (Upgrade RAM) and not even trying to trouble shoot. If this model needs RAM upgrade then why it is in market. No one is worry to help me on this.

Regards,
Ranjith

I am having the same problem with my

Inspiron 3593 with 10th gen i7 processor, 12 gb of ram and 1tb hard drive.  Is it possible that the i7 processor or ram memory is defective?  My 5 year old Asus with 3rd gen i5 and 12gb ram runnin g on Windows 7 runs faster. Am regretting upgrading to this computer.  What can I do to improve performance?  Does Windows 10 require minimum 16 gb od ram?
