Dell Optiplex 755 Factory.exe error - Failed to install network adapter

I am using a Windows XP SP1 boot CD.  I add the Intel network drivers to the iso file & create the boot cd.

 

It starts to run & then comes up with the following message "Failed to install network adapter - check WINBOM"

 

Has anyone else encountered this or has any solution.
