Upon trying to download the latest version of the Dell Power Manager app on my Inspiron 15 5000, an error window appears which says "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support". Does anyone know how to fix this?
We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
Same error here. This is Microsoft Store app, and it just updated to version 3.9.11.0:
When I run that app, it tells me I need to install something. Why would accepting that result in it trying to downgrade to 3.9.0, by using a non-Microsoft Store installer!?
