Dell Preinstalled Bloatware Help

So I just bought the Dell XPS 8700 with windows 8.1 64 bit and after turning it on and setting up the system I found it to be sort of slow. I have been told by some that the dell software that comes preinstalled can slow down the system but some are also important to keep. Which ones below are safe to remove and not needed?

These were preinstalled on my system:

Dell Backup and Recovery

Dell Customer Connect

Dell Data Services

Dell Digital Delivery

Dell Foundation Services

Dell Help & Support

Dell Product Registration

Dell Support Assist

Dell Support Assist Agent

Dell Update

My Computer Specs:

Dell XPS 8700

Windows 8.1 64 bit OS

12 GB Duel Channel DDR3 1600 MHz RAM

Intel Core i7-4790 @ 3.60 GHz

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 4GB DDR3

1TB 7200 RPM SATA Hard Drive 6.0 Gb/s

460W PSU

I think you should upgrade to (free)windows 10. It should give the speed you're looking for.....:emotion-2:
