Dell Support 2.1

I downloaded that software from the support downloads and in the middle of the installtion it is wrote me that its can't find the file serve.ini.help me please what I need to do?

I'm sorry, but serve.ini is not showing up. Please check the spelling and post the exact error message.

I checked and the name is: server.ini

I got a message from tech support for my version of dell support. apparently there is a newer version now.

If you access the URL http://dellsupport.dellfix.com/, what's seen is the default page displayed by an Apache installation on a RedHat Linux server! "dellfix.com" is registered to Dell, Inc., so the server definitely is maintained by Dell. But this is very strange! Is this some new, unannounced Dell Support resource?
