Dell Support 3.4 does not install properly on Vista

Question

Trying to install this on Vista Business - Install succeeds but says Dess Support will not run since all channels are inactive. It then offers to run Support setting to fix that but Suport settings only has one Tab ( General) so I canot enable any channels. How can I fix this?   Thanks   Bill

Is that the exact error message? I don't know what 'channels' means. I installed it on Vista Premium and there are no tabs on the General page. Could be that you cannot install it on Vista Business.   IMO, you should not worry about Dell Support Software anyway. It's not that helpful and you can do without it--especially with Vista.
