Dell utility CD's w/ XP reinstall?

Question

Had to reinstall Dell Home XPsp2 on my Dimension 8250 after HD replacement. 2 Dell drivers & utilities CD's and 2 Dell application shipped w/system. Should I reintall all of these, some or none of these? Thanks. darth

For drivers . . look in Device Manager for any devices with a yellow ! or which are described as 'Unknown' . . load the drivers for those . .   For the Applications, you will have to decide which ones you want on the pc and which you do not . . Most you probably do not need

You cn find the newest drivers for your system by clicking Drivers and Downloads in the left panel of this page.
