Dell Webcam isn't working
I've had my dell inspiron mini 10 for about a year now, and since then I've always been prompted to "start my free trial with McAfee". I ignored this message until the day I did install my trial. Afterwards I signed into my skype account to call a friend and it alerted with a message which said that "No webcam was found. Connect your webcam or check to see if it was properly installed" WHAT!!!! then I checked webcam central which said I had to "plug in a supported device"
So I deleted McAfee, and any other recent downloads. Reinstall Dell webcam central, which didn't work. Installed a new version of dell webcam central, which didn't help either, tried to use dell recovery partition.....I couldn't get that to work.
It seems like no matter what I do, nothing seems to work. Please help.
Thanks.

It seems to be a new trojan having business with webcams spreading. Check this post to see if it can be fixed:http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3519/p/19465581/20180598.aspx#20180598
-Because your webcam is fully contained, it's workingness (!) doesn't relate to external softwares. (This is my probable theory about that.)
