The support website is upgrading and it should be up and running soon. Once it is working again, you can update the BIOS from the link: http://dell.to/S0WaAr

Note: The AC adapter should be connected and the battery should be at least 10% charged. Please disconnect all the external devices connected to the system before updating the BIOS. Your system will restart automatically while updating the BIOS.

You might want to advise your tech support people about this. The guy i just talked to tried about 4 times to download the file before terminating our session. While i was on hold. lol.

Any idea when this will be available?

Thanks to Vikram & @dellcares team for helping get this sorted.

...there are several L702X drivers (and the BIOS file) that are reporting back as being unavailable.

Is there a QA issue with A19? Links (as posted) above still aren't functioning...
