Desktop Icon Color
I have a small question. I just reformatted my Inspiron 9200 and I notice that the background color for the text of desktop icons doesn't adapt to the wallpaper, as it used to previously. Anyone know how to turn on this so that I don't have to change it again and again when I change my wallpaper?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Visual Effects Tab
Put a check at "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the Desktop"
Right click on an empty area of your desktop.
Select 'Arrange icons by' and uncheck 'Lock web items on desktop' if it has a little tick next to it.

2. From the Display Properties tab, click the Appearance Tab
3. Click the Advanced button.
4. Use the down arrow under "Item" to modify the values for Icon Spacing (Horizontal) and Icon Spacing (Vertical).
5. Click OK.
If the changes do not take effect, right click an blank area on your desktop, point to Arrange icons by, and remove the check mark beside Auto Arrange.
