Deterministic Networks Enhancer Miniport has not passed Windows XP Logo testing

Hello I just restored a D500 Latitude with WinXP Pro using all the supplied discs from dell and down loaded all the updated drivers. I have been reinstalling all the software that was installed before and when I go to install the Cisco VPN, and or the SonicWall VPN, and or the Keyspan USB server, I receive the error "  The software you are installing for this hardware: Deterministic Networks Enhancer Miniport has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP" so I continue to install and the next time I try to run a program or install more software the system will loose all network connections and sometimes will blue screen.
