As XP uses the NT Platform probably doesn't work it also. !

Although our software requires the use of Dial-Up Networking, which Internet Explorer can access, you cannot use Dial-Up Networking by itself to log on to Juno. If you want to surf the Internet or check e-mail, you must always connect to Juno first."

Thanks for all the reseach on my behalf; I always thought the problem was with win XP, I guess I was partly right. Looks like I'll have to live with it or find a new ISP.   Thanks John
