Dimension drivers
I just reinstalled windows xp but now i need drivers. I have a drivers and utilities cd that came with the computer and on the cd it says dell dimension and dell xps resource cd. When i run it it says for
DM051
Dimension DV051
Dimension DC051
DXC051
DXP051
DE051
DC051
So is this cd any good for a dimension 3100c or will i have to get the drivers from the dell website as i need drivers for
Ethernet controller
Pci device
Video controller vga compatible

According to the notes I have, the Dimension 3100c used to be sold only in Japan. Is that the one you have? Anyway, the model number for that turns out to be equivalent to DC051. If you actually have a D3100, the model is DV051. Doesn't really seem to matter since the file is good for both.
