Each time I need to perform a system restore(Windows xp), the user files in dragon become unopenable because the vocabulary is said to be incompatable or invalid (even though its still the recommended"general-large")

1. How do I restore these users?

2.If restoration involves using the "upgrade wizard" , how do I open it? (It will not open via the start menu- its not even listed!
