Easy CD Creator 5

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the higher resolution option for the VCD creator.   There are a set of radio buttons and one of them say NTSC higher resolution (704 x 408).  It is listed as an option but you can't select it.  Can someone tell me how this works?

 

I plan on asking Roxio tech support but I can't access it without a TSID. 

This is what is says about it.

 

" Some Roxio software products don't have a TSID number. These products are either pre-installed on a computer system or bundled with another product. The manufacturer of your product Roxio’s software was bundled with will provide technical support for software that came pre-installed on your system or bundled with other products. Please check your documentation for their phone, or visit their web site for details about how to obtain support. "

 

Either and answer or the TSID would be great.
