Error code 0X0000007E

This morning during start-up I received a blue screen error message 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X00000000, 0XF8916384, 0XF8916080).   I ran the Dell Diagnostics and conducted a couple tests which all "passed". I've also lately been experiencing various "windows is experiencing a problem and must shut down----send error report boxes". Any advice will be appreciated.

Do you have one of these on your PC or drivers installed for it?

Sometimes the Blue screen will give the name of the file causing the error
Any file names on the blue screen?
anything in capital letters with underscores

can you enable boot logging, (F8 on startup)
can you boot to safe mode?

any new hardware (printers memory sticks etc) unplug it all,

does it always bluescreen?
