Error message each time I try to rip or copy a cd I have purchased
Can anyone tell me why I am unable to rip or copy a cd to itunes that I have purchased? Thank-you for your time.

What model pc? What operating system? Also, this is a user software problem, not a general hardware problem (this forum section).
But, some CD's have some copy protection and that is one possiblity. Have you ever been able to rip them? or is it you have never been able to rip them?
Can you rip a CD using the Windows Media player, or better download the free Audiograbber ripping program and see if you can rip them with Audiograbber (what I use). If you can then the problem is with iTunes. Click to download Audiograbber.
