Error message: videocntl.exe has detected an error and must be terminated

The following messages always appear after starting the system:

videocntl.exe has detected a problem and must be terminated...... Should this problem be reported to Microsoft ???.... Then the message can be sent to MS.

The same error appears with different .exe programs, e.g. 'mswavedll.exe' and many others.

How do I get rid of this again.....
