eTrust EZ Armor vs. Norton AV 2004

Question

Hello. I have a Dell 2400 with XP Home SP1. It is currently protected by Norton AV 2004. However, as a Road Runner subscriber, I have the option of using eTrust EZ Armor for free. The offer is quite tempting when compared to the expensive fees from Symantec. Curiously, I can't find any review of EZ Armor at cnet.com. Anyway, a couple of questions:

Which of these two anti-virus programs is less of a resource hog?

Any big drawbacks to eTrust EZ Armor?

I also have RR.  The EZ trust is only a 1 year program.  At the end of the year you will either have to buy the Computer Associates EZ trust or some other security software.  I already have Norton Internet Security so I didn't go for the 'free' offer.

You're right. I spoke to a RR technician, and he confirmed that eTrust Anti-Virus is free for only 1 year. The way RR promotes eTrust on their download page suggested to me that it was free as long as I kept my RR subscription. That's what I was told in a RR tech chat room. Seems a bit sneaky to me.
