Greetings

The web page will just stop loading and an audible alert will sound. The event log shows the following:

Logon Failure:

Reason: Unknown user name or bad password

User Name:

Domain:

Logon Type: 3

Logon Process: NtLmSsp

Authentication Package: MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_V1_0

Workstation Name: \\172.16.0.1

--------------------------------------------------

I don't need to log into this site. ????

Sure:  http://miniusa.com/crm/load_mini.jsp  When you click on the "enter" the streaming video starts but hangs after about 1 second. The weird thing is that every other "national" mini site is available.........  I.e. from the BMW main site.

I have downloaded all critical and non critical updates. I'm using IE 6.0.

FWIW, the computer is acting a bit weird on other fronts. I had a MAJOR OS crash a few weeks ago (I think from "goback", and I had to reload the OS. Afterwards the computer will "hang" when it goes into standby mode. The only way I can wake the computer up is to pull the battery. I'll probably reload the OS again and check out things as I load my other programs.

  Thanks

Above site worked OK for me so maybe reinstallation of XP is a good idea.
