'flashlight'
when I open system Inspiron 1100, XP os - which is pretty slow - and I go to Control Panel, I get the flahlight for a few seconds....same thing in opening My Computer. Afterh they open first time they seems to be allright but I am wondering what is happeninjg?

should I be anxious about the flashlight...it does not happen with my other laptop or my desktop?

It will not hurt a thing my laptop does the same at times it is normal.
