Folder on startup

Question

I have a folder that opens on startup of windows, how do i stop this. I have tried all normal triks look in startup folder and check the reg. what am i missing?

Already tried that  just forgot to mention, that is what make this weird

Start>Run and type msconfig and look in the startyup tab to see what is in there that can be associated with that folder.

Is it System32 folder?

no the folder is named Dell and it is in the progams folder
