I think I know I just remembered. I signed up for insider just to get an ISO to install and test. But now that I got the ISO can I back out of insider? I only wanted the ISO not a forced upgrade. I should have just waited.

I opted out of insider system asked to reboot. I rebooted and checked for updates. Now I get this.

Sounds like you solved your own issue, then. MS will still try to advertise W11 for you there, but it's not forcing you to upgrade. 

@CTG_8273 My bad. It sounded like you had solved it, and I wanted other folks to see that and know how to disable the forced update. I've unmarked it as the solution.
